Open the My Admin page to perform Account and System Maintenance or User and Permit Management.
Account Maintenance:
Escrow Manager – Use the Escrow Manager page to set up a renewable fund from which the price of permits may be debited.
Organization - Use the Organization page to create and maintain a list of identities that do not apply for permits; instead, they perform a review role in the issuance of permits.
User Management:
Users - The Users page presents options for creating identities with access to the permitting and routing system.
User Groups – The User Groups page presents options for granting permissions to the permitting and routing system. The system is pre-configured with the user types and the common roles assigned to each user type, but this page can be used to assign or remove roles from a user type.
Permit Management:
Void Permit – Use the Void page to prematurely terminate an issued permit.
Task Manager - Use the Task Manager system to notify Carriers that, due to ongoing analysis, their route requires alteration.
Permit Attachments – Use the Permit Attachments page to include additional .pdfs in a permit's record.
System Maintenance:
Advanced Query – Use the Advance Query page to create a custom searches to the database and then view the records that meet those parameters.
Application Cleanup – Use the Request Cleanup page to choose a date on which you wish the trips stored in the system then to submit your request.
Automatic Restrictions – Use the Automatic Restrictions page to create and maintain a list of rules for automatically applying conditions to permits.
Bridge Database – Use the Bridge Database page to create and maintain versions of the bridge information stored in the database.
Dashboard – Open the Dashboard to view Application and Permit numbers, System Issuance statistics, and Permit Turnaround Time on system-generated charts.
Data Upload – Use the Data Upload Info page to manage versions of the Bridge and Routing data that are retained in the database.
Holiday Restrictions – Use the Holiday Restrictions page to create and maintain a list of dates that may be manually applied to permits.
Key File Info – Use the Key File Info page to see which Network, Bridge, and System files are retained in the database.
Keypoint Manager – Use the Keypoint Manager page to create and maintain a list of locations (associated with commonly used route sections) that can be chosen as Starting, Ending, or intermediate points while formulating a trip.
Restrictions – Use the Restrictions page to create and maintain a list of conditions that may be manually applied to a permit.
Route Data Miner – Use the Route Data Miner to query the database for detailed bridge usage information.
Route Databse – Use the Route Database page to create and maintain versions of the route information stored in the database.
System Issue – Use the System Issue page to create and maintain a list of rules for automatically issuing permits.
System Message and Notification – Use the System Message page to compose messages that will appear on the Home page as a bulletin for all users who access the system.
System Preferences – Use the System Preferences page to edit configurable records.
Route Evaluation – Use the Route Evaluation page to test a set of vehicle dimensions against a route.
Route Restrictions & Utilities:
Analysis Preferences – Use the Analysis Preferences page to create, edit, and maintain a database of values and factors used in the routing analysis.
Bridge Rating Preferences– Use the Bridge Rating Preferences page to curate a database of thresholds that determine whether a vehicle can pass over a bridge.
